After 15 months away, it was nice to be back at Palace. As our USA transfer pulled into Palace, we were met by Bellmen Manuel, Marco, Luis, Carlin, and Leonardo. After temperature check and shoe wipe, we were registered in by Carmen. She informed us of the new regulations in wearing masks in the dinning rooms and also moving around resort.

We love visiting playacar palace and every year the staff makes it more memorable then the last.

I would like to thank all the restaurant employees for making all dining experience especially Olivia always so pleasant, chef Santos so sweet and made our diners memorable. The servers Israel, Antonio and so many more who I can’t remember all the names all so wonderful.

Another 2 weeks in Paradise!

Fabulous stay,same wonderful staff and management! Outstanding room in center of resort-523.We were treated like royalty by everyone and always made to feel like we are close family.
